What it is

The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®) is the organization that supports the state boards of pharmacy. Its Healthcare Merchant Accreditation is granted to businesses selling healthcare products and services online that meet its standards for doing so safely and lawfully. Accreditation is held against those standards throughout the year, not only on the day it is granted.

How to check it yourself

You do not have to take our word for it. Search for our website at safe.pharmacy, NABP's consumer education site, which lists every accredited website.

The .pharmacy address

Only accredited businesses can hold a .pharmacy web address, which is why ours is onpoint.pharmacy. A site selling medication it should not be selling cannot buy one, so the address itself is a quicker check than any badge on a page.

What it does not mean

Accreditation is about how a business sells online. It is not a review of any individual prescription, it is not a clinical endorsement, and it implies no affiliation with any other verification or certification service. Every OnPoint location is separately licensed by the New York State Board of Pharmacy.
