What happens after you hit send

A pharmacist calls your current pharmacy
Active prescriptions and remaining refills move over
We run your coverage and check for savings programs
We call you with what each medication will cost, before you owe anything

Controlled substances

Prescriptions for controlled substances cannot always be transferred between pharmacies. If any of yours are controlled, a pharmacist will tell you exactly what is needed from your prescriber.

The switch takes about two minutes.

Give us the medication and your current pharmacy. We check transfer eligibility, coordinate with your pharmacy or prescriber, and confirm coverage and fulfillment options. Call us before you run out.
