A pharmacy that calls you before you have to call it
Moving to OnPoint takes one form and about two minutes. We do the rest, including calling your current pharmacy.
Prefer to talk it through?
Find your pharmacy and call the team about transfers, refills or delivery.
Find your pharmacyHow moving your prescriptions works
You tell us where your prescriptions are now
Pharmacy name and the town is enough. You do not need prescription numbers and you do not need to call them.
We coordinate eligible transfers
A pharmacist confirms which prescriptions and remaining refills can transfer and whether your prescriber needs to send a new prescription.
We check your coverage and your price
We run your plan, apply any copay card or assistance program you qualify for, and tell you what each medication will cost before you owe anything.
Pick it up or have it delivered
Delivery is free and arrives the next day. Or pick it up at your store.
Check your exact plan and pharmacy network before moving a prescription.
Two things worth knowing before you switch
Ask your pharmacy which services are appropriate for you and whether any costs apply.
Free next-day delivery
On every prescription, from all ten stores. No minimum, no membership. How delivery works
We can pack it by day and dose
Sealed packs sorted by date and time, so there is nothing to sort on a Sunday night. Most people ask for it when they are managing more than four prescriptions, or managing a parent’s.
Questions patients actually ask
How do I move my prescriptions to OnPoint?
Fill out the transfer form on this site, or call any location. We contact your current pharmacy, review which prescriptions and refills are eligible to transfer, and confirm with you once it is done. You do not need to call your old pharmacy and you do not need your prescription numbers.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Free next-day delivery on every prescription, with no minimum order, no membership and no fee added to your copay.
What will my medication cost?
Your cost depends on your plan and prescription. Ask your pharmacist to check the expected price and assistance eligibility before dispensing. Your prescriber decides whether a different treatment is appropriate.
Can I still walk into a store?
Yes. All ten locations are full retail pharmacies with a pharmacist you can talk to face to face.
Do you take my insurance?
Your pharmacy can check your specific plan, medication and network requirements. Have your prescription insurance card ready when you call.
Can I get all of my medications at OnPoint, not just specialty ones?
Yes, and that is the point. Many specialty and mail-order pharmacies will only fill one category of medication and send the rest elsewhere. Availability depends on the medication, pharmacy services and plan network. Ask your store to check your list.
The switch takes about two minutes.
Give us the medication and your current pharmacy. We check transfer eligibility, coordinate with your pharmacy or prescriber, and confirm coverage and fulfillment options. Call us before you run out.
