Is there any charge for delivery?

No. No delivery fee, no minimum order, no membership, and nothing added to your copay.

Do you deliver refrigerated medications?

Yes, packed for the trip. Tell us if nobody will be home so we can plan the delivery instead of leaving a temperature-sensitive medication at the door.

Can you deliver outside the New York metro area?

Yes. We are licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Florida and ship to patients in those states. How long shipping takes depends on distance.

What if I am not home?

Tell us your preference when you set up delivery: a safe spot, a neighbor, or another time. Controlled substances and some refrigerated items need someone to sign for them.

What if I need a medication today?

Call your store to see if same-day delivery is available. If it is not, the pharmacist will tell you the fastest way to get it, including picking it up yourself.

The switch takes about two minutes.

Give us the medication and your current pharmacy. We check transfer eligibility, coordinate with your pharmacy or prescriber, and confirm coverage and fulfillment options. Call us before you run out.
